International travel insurance - seguro de viaje internacional

Your policy is a legal contract between you and us, and is based on the information you gave us. The policy is made up of two parts; your schedule and this policy wording. These must be read and kept together. Your schedule shows you which level of cover you have chosen, the insurance period, geographical limits of travel, your premium, who is insured, your answers to the medical questions and any endorsements.

Important notes:

1. The most we will pay in any insurance period for each person insured under this policy is the amount shown under each section of cover unless otherwise stated.

2. If you have chosen Essential or Premier Annual TravelCover you will have cover for your trip up to 90 days in a row and a total of 183 days in each annual insurance period.

3. If you have chosen Gold Annual TravelCover you will have cover for your trip up to 91 days in a row and a total of 183 days in each annual insurance period.

4. If you have chosen Single trip TravelCover or Ski TravelCover you will only have cover for the period shown on your schedule up to a maximum of 91 days in a row.

5. If you have chosen Premier Annual TravelCover you will automatically have Ski TravelCover for up to 21 days in each insurance period

6. If you have chosen Gold Annual TravelCover you will automatically have Ski TravelCover for up to 21 days in each insurance period

7. It is possible to choose the Law applicable to a contract of insurance covering a risk situated in the UK. We have chosen Scottish Law to apply if you live in Scotland and English Law to apply if you live elsewhere.

Payment of your premium is evidence of acceptance of our choice. If any other law is to apply it must be agreed by both parties and evidenced in writing.

8. If you have chosen and paid for Family Annual TravelCover, your children who are under 18 years old, in full time education and who normally live with you will have no cover under this policy unless they are travelling with you. Your partner is covered only when they travel with you unless Gold TravelCover has been chosen.

9. If you have chosen and paid for Gold Family Annual TravelCover, all members of the family are covered under this policy when they travel on their own
