"English accounts" ... Procedure
Objectives:
1. These accounts have been created so that students can see how many classes have been booked - and how many classes are still available.
2. Additional information (links) will be offered to help students to help them correct mistakes and for self-study!
3. Please confirm by email (to me) that you want to book another 10 / 20 (or more) classes. (Classes must be booked in multiples of 10 unless you have almost used your budget!)
4. No more budget - What next?

Account administration:
* accounts will be updated monthly (when the account needs to be funded you will see the message more investment needed! )
* accounts indicate the PO number, and number of classes booked
* accounts which have not yet been opened (with the initial payment by the student) are described as pending payment!
New system (please make the initial payment quickly as the whole process can take up to 2 months!)* Student pays initial 20% of 1:1 / telephone classes
* I give a receipt for this payment (and copy to HR)
* HR issues a PO number
* I prepare an invoice for remaining 80%
